DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Backpack Airsports delivers Australia wide. All orders less than 25kg are delivered by Australia Post and orders over 25kgs are delivered via Couriers Please.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

Once you have emailed your order through Backpack Airsports via our contact page, we will send you delivery options on how you would like your order sent, either Standard Post or Express along with the option for Insurance for your order. Once you have confirmed you delivery method, an invoice will be emailed to you confirming that the delivery address is correct and that you notify us once payment has been made. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address once payment has been received along with an ETA for your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

TRACKING ORDERS

All orders delivered automatically have tracking and signature on delivery.  If your order has not arrived please contact for assistance of tracking at backpack.airsports@outlook.com.au

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment has cleared – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent your Australia Post tracking number. Please use this tracking number on the Australia Post website for their estimated delivery time. Depending on location it is 3-7 days Standard post or 1-2 days Express.


DELIVERED GOODS

Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item and the value of the order is either under $100, or you included insurance with your order, please contact us within 4 days of delivery.  Do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item) and go through the Australia post insurance claim process.  Refer to Australia post insurance claims for this process - 


IMPORTANT: If you choose not to included insurance for all orders over $100, the customer openly chooses to were any damage caused by transport and that Backpack Airsports is no longer liable for the repair or replacement of the damaged goods.

PAYMENT

We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal, Eftpos, Visa, Master Card and Zip Pay. Payments over the phone will incur a 2.2% surcharge. Orders will not be processed until payment has been made in full. All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.
